Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

My father died 6 years ago with his self earned property which went to my mother after his death, as natural owner. Now she has willed it to her 3 sons out of 3 sons and 2 daughters and there seems to be fishy about the framing of will also.

My question is

1. Can she do will on such ancestral property

2. Can she leave 2 of her children without any thing

3. How Hindu Succession act 2004 can be applicable for daughters in this case

4. There seems to be something fishy in the whole case how to find out

in case your mother received the property through a will executed by your late father, you might not have a claim but if your father died intestate, then all the legal heir including daughters have an equal share and the will executed by mother may not stay.
