Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
My father expired without writing a will. He has some fixed deposits - some of them with a nominee and some with either or survivor option with my brother as second applicant. some cash balance is also there, without any nomination. We are 3 brothers, 3 sisters and my my mother is also surviving. How to share the property legally as we do not want to break relations for the money...

All your fathers moveable property would be divided amongst all his legal hers in equal proportions ie. 1/7th to each of his legal heirs. You have to apply for Succession Certificate from the court.
