Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

my father gave me his house by a registered will, and now i want to pass on the house to my son's by a registered, after my death will they face any problems selling the house if needed, or i should go in for some other option?

Gift this property in your life time, this is another option for you besides will, which can challenge by your legal heirs after your death.
