Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
my father in law expired without writing his will, now my questions are
a) whether my wife is eligible to get share in his property ?
b) if yes, than how much share ?
c) if 90% of property already is in the name of son & wife, can daughter challenge the same ?
d) apart from property, what else can be shared ?

b) Who all are the legal heirs of your father inlaw ?
c)Since when the property was in there name ? Have they acquired the property on there own?
d) Anything moveable and immovable belonging to your father inlaw.
