My father made a will and now he is dead.He had 2 daughters and a son.In his will he part his property in 3 and included a clause that the will could executed only after the death of my mother. Now we wish to sell the property with the concern of our mother.Could it be possible.Or could we cancel the will with all the concern of the successors .

You dont have to show the presence of the will. If all the legal heirs and the mother agrees to this change of selling the property ,you can do this too.

in case it is mentioned in the will that the same is operative after your mother's demise, it cannot be executed before that.
