Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

My father made a will and gave my mother right of benefit of income from his properties. My elder brother sold the properties on will in collusion with my nephews in my mother's life time without her permission.. My mother sue on my brother for recovery of her share.
According to Will my father in 1st para gave my mother has right of benefit of income.
My father also made my nephews legal beneficiaries to the Will. My mother sue on his son and grandsons for her share because properties were sold by them but they refused to gave her share in her life time and case was linger on. According to Will of my father, has she to bequeathed her share or this case is liable to dismiss.
Now, my mother expired. She bequeathed her right to her daughter. Has she right to bequeathed her share to her daughter according to Will
