Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

My father has made a will for one of his immovable properties in the name of my sister in law. My mother has made another will in my name for another immovable properties owned by her.Can both of them make a joint will for another property and moveable assets. If so what happens to the will they already made seperately. Will it be valid ?
