My Father has not made the will. we are 3 sisters only. one of my sister passed away last month. Can her son claim her share in the future?

Surely. he can claim the share of her mother. He is Class-I heir being the son/daughter of your sister. Succession law is very much clear. But there are ways to twist the situation.
