Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

Hi... My father had made a will in the year 2008.. It was not registered or noterized.. All the pages have his left hand thump impressions and could not sign as he was very sick at that time and was bed ridden...2 witnesses have signed the will immediately after his thump impression was taken..The doctor has also given his certificate on the will after examining my father...

The issue now is that while taking thump impressions, too much ink was applied on the thump..the impressions on the legal paper are very dark & the marks on fingers (curves & circles) are not clearly visible... can such a will valid? can the other party challenge it on the grounds that the thump impressions are not clear? is such a will admissible in the court of law...is there is way out?..... Please advice
