Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
My father plans to execute a will bequeathing his property equally to [his wife] that is my mother and myself in equasl proportion. Can I be named as a beneficiary of the will as well as the executor since my mother who is the other beneficiary is old and needs assistance in carrying out the terms of the will ?
