my father given to me some property legally before 10 years under my name, if can he change to other son with out my permission or sign?
i have the copy of documents which he made deed under my name and original with my father. that deed can he change without my permission or sign? pls give me an answer thanks.
thats Possessor gift deed.

What about the possession of the property. Who is having possession. Generally it is not possible to take back the property without the owner's signature. You elaborate the consideration and contingency clauses in the deed executed in your favour so as to give a proper opinion.
