my father given to me some property legally before 10 years under my name, if can he change to other son with out my permission or sign?
i have the copy of documents which he made deed under my name and original with my father. that deed can he change without my permission or sign? pls give me an answer thanks.

what is that deed called. sale deed or gift deed.

If the property is bought in your name or has been gifted to you by your father ,in these two situations , your father cannot do anything with the property without your consent.
