Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
My father (who was retired Govt. employee and getting pension) executed a will in name of my two younger borthers, excluding me. Property mentioned in the will is mostly parental property. I was totally excluded from his all i.e. self arranged and parental property.
Q- In such position can I claim for any property, if yes, under which provisions of law

in case the property is self acquired by your father, you have no right and will is good and in case it is an ancestral property, you have an equal right.
