my father doing service in gov & parallel they are leader ship of joint family of his three brother, two brother have doing agriclture & younger have doing service in gov in other distric, the younger not involve all agriculture work & profit.
my father looking all & profit also taken..
after some day my father bying agriculture land on his name. now all reamin three brother clam on this land.as on date grand father land which is not yet divided.... my question is the clam of grandfather land is rigth for all three brother but the clam on my father name land is correct or not ?

If your father purchased property from resources - which are independent from Joint Family Resources then other members of Joint Family cannot demand share in the same, otherwise they can.
