Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
My father-in-law sold off a portion of our ancestral property seven years back without informing my husband. Can we take any legal recourse? We came to know about it only recently.

ancestral property cannot be sold with the partition and after share is determined. you may approach the court and state that you gained knowledge of the sale recently to overcome the hurdle of limitation.
