Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

after my father's death my brother's have transfered 14 lacs rs. from my father's PPF account and also transfered @ 10 lacs rs frommy father's various account in their personal accounts.Can I send them a notice under IPC 407 AND IPC 420

yes, you can but as they are your brothers, better talk to them and sort this out ...out of court.
