After my father's death, property is transfered in my Mother's name. Now does she have full rights to sell or transfer property in my name without ant concent from my brother?
Can my brother legally object this transfer or sell?

no, she does not have full rights unless the will was executed by your father. all the legal heir have an equal share in the property. yes, any of you can object and seek partition.

But if you both had given earlier no objection in favour of mother and now mother wants to sell it to you, your brother's consent is not required as women get property absolutely
