how do i file for forgery agsinst a will what all papers will i require

Hello,

File a police complaint.

You have to file a case under IPC.

Documents Required:

Petition

Affidavit

Forged Will

Police complaint

Your ID

Address Proof

Relationship Proof

Whereas, If no one has filed the execution for the forged WILL, you must go for succession certificate and let the the party challenge it, if they do.
