Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
my G.Father died on 1989 and he was puchese a plot of Rs 30,000 then my father section Building plain on 1990. my father was govt. employee and took loan form his office, and build the building, my uncle died on 2010 now his waif claim 50% cost on building of present mkt. value. my uncle was unemployed, i have all lone papers and necessary document. please give me right decision.

your uncle /aunt has no right on self acquired property of your father.
