Re: Gift by GPA holder under muslim law

GPA holder has only those powers which are confered by owner and if the power of making gift is there then only he can make the gift even against the wishes of owner if otherwise not specifically described. If the person to whom gift is made does not accept the gift then the gifted property goes back to the owner or person who made the gift.
