Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

i give him 150000/- Rs to my friend befor one year but now he give me 50000/-Rs 3 checke to PmC bank but date are not mentioned. i m very about my cash he always told me wait i give u ? how can i claim him to court ? can court give me cash back?
