My Grand father left his property written on my brother's name in the will.
He expired in the year 1988.
As a grand daughter can i claim a share in my grand fathers property from my brother?

in case the property that your grand father was holding, was earned by him, u have no right and the will holds good and in case your grand father was holding a property not earned by him rather a joint property, you have an equal right in partitioning the said property.
Since your GF executed a will you have no right to claim share in the property.
No, if the property in the hands of your GF was his self acquired property; Yes, if the property was ancestral.
if property is GF self acquired property you donot get a right
was it ancestral property or property self acquired by GF?
