Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
my grand father has a property in his name he has 5 sons and a daughter ,my grand father has made a will in his big sons name the same property but my father came to know around 20 years after my grand father expired the will is not probate now the big son can be able to transfer the property in his name or notif not then what is the procedure
