Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
can a grand son & grand daughter of a son have right in grand father, formed educational trust and running colleges.
Grand father has 2 sons he says only 1 son has right for it , who maintains the college ,the other son is a director only,he is being denied without property.

in case the property is ancestral, the son has a right otherwise, no.
