My Grandfather brought the agriculture land by Hyderabad Tenancy Act 1950. He distribute the 7 Acre land to his wife, 5 Acre land to one son & 4 Acre land to one daughter & he not give any land to his second daughter.

After this he sold 3 Acre land to his daughter's husband. After death of my Grandfather the grandfather's land passes to the grandmother by fer. In this fer she displayed her son's children's are after her death will be heirs. After 1 year of this fer he make a will deed in registrar office that her daughter first & second will be her heir & after death of her the land possession passes to her daughters. This possible ?
