MY GRANDFATHER IS an original allotee of a dda plot in delhi,and construction is done on it.he has entered into an agreement with his brother giving him equal rights in 1980.the agrrement is not registered and a case is going out in the court that the terms of agreement r not act upon and thats why it doesnt get registered.and he is the only owner of the plot.the property is leasehold under dda.
MY GRANDFATHER DIED IN MAY 2010 AND HE HAS 2 SONS AND ONE DAUGHTER.MY GRANDFATHER EXECUTE A REGISTERED GIFT DEED in favour of his elder songiving him complete rights of the property?pls guide me where we stand[younger brother and sister].there r two facts1]the case with my grandfather "s brother is still going on

you may rely upon the agreement executed about 30 years back in 1980 where it was mutual agreed to have equal rights. in case you are not able to prove the agreement, your rights may be affected.
