Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
My grandfather has a property that does not have any will, his 2 son and 2 daughters are alive. All 4 of them are fighting. In that case can I, being the elder most grandson, claim a share in the property. In what all cases the elder most grand son can claim his share.

yes, you or any one of 4 can certainly claim a share in property and if no body is ready to give you share peacefuuly then go to court and file a case of partition suit
