Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

On what grounds can a registered WILL be challenged in the High court ?? Property is based in Mumbai. I am probating my mother's WILL which is in my name only and my other brothers will challenge it. The WILL is genuine with doctor's letter & duly registered.

Kindly advise me.

the will can be challenged but as you say that it is genuine, so u stand a good chance of winning.
