Are there any guidelines to create a Will? How can I find the right lawyers to help me draw this up? What is the average cost to make a will by an attorney?

the average cost of drafting a will and also getting the same registered would vary from a lawyer to lawyer. where do u intend to execute the same?

sir, the will is the most easiest document to make. You have to write your desire about distribution of your own property. the only precaution you have to take is that it must be attested by two witnesses who would sign the attestation in your presence and in the presence of each other . In fact, the hand written WILL (holograph) is the best form of WILL. Ofcourse, the cost would depend upon lawyer to lawyer.
