Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
Hi!
I have an unregistered will made by my father. He has given all the rights to my mother like property etc. Now I want that our property which is currently in my father name to be transferred to my mother name.
The problem with us is, I have 3 sisters, 2 of them are ready to sign and I also want that my mother should be the owner but one of my sister is opposing this idea and want share in the property by selling it.

will need not be registered. since your sister is objecting, mother will have to file for probate of will in the court of law and will have to proved.
