Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

Hi,

My aunt stays with my mom and she don't have any kids,

she want make me and my brother as nominee to take all properties which is there for her right now.

As me and my Bro stays abrod ,i would like to know what is right legal papers need to be applied to make this happen.(Like power of attorny or wirting a will

Do we need to be there with My aunt while doing all these per work at the court.

Please provide the complete information.

your aunt may gift her properties in both of your names or may execute a will.However for registering a gift deed you may have to give GPA or be present.

you aunt can execute a gift deed in your favour during her life time for which your presence will be required or you will have to exeucte a GPA in favour of somebody to accept the gift. if property has to come after her death then she can execute a Will for which your presence is not required
