Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

HI,

My father died 4 years ago, leaving an unregistered will. He has clearly mentioned that all his belongings i.e. property, money etc, should be given to his wife i.e. to my mother. It is signed by 2 witnesses of which one of them is doctor. We are 4 brother and sisters. One of my sister is asking for the share however she is not aware of the Will. Please suggest what to do so that we can make my mother as complete owner.

All you siblings should relinquish your share ,if any, in your fathers property in favour of your mother.

you should make your sister aware of your father's Will.
