Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

Hi

My great grand father made a temple for religous purpose around 50 years ago. Apart from it, he had donated agricultural land for running and maintainenec. In the document, he has written that the property is given to Radha Krishna Temple and the same is taken care by my next generations. He has expired 35 years ago and he has many sons, grand sons and great grand sons. Out of them, few are misusing the property like sell etc....

My question is can we stop them from misusing? Can we form a trust or society. if yes, who can be trustees/members? Can we keep out of board?

in case the property was donated for religious purposes, a trust can be formed amongst the legal heirs.

you can do certainly what you are asking. First you may seek injunction for their illegal or misusing activities.
