Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

I am a Hindu female. My grandfather (father's father) died without making any Will leaving behind him his wife, three sons and four daughters. Two years later, my grandmother died. Recently my father (who was the eldest son) also expired. Can I claim a share in my grandfather's property?

yes, you can claim partition of the property and entitled for an equal share.

your father had 1/7 th share in the property. Based on your brothers and sister, you may claim share in 1/7th share only
