hindu law of heredity

what are the hereditary rights of a son on the property of his father which has been created out of the earnings of the father. are there any supreme court of india rulings which recognise the rights of a son over such a property even if the father is unwilling to give him any of it

if its ur fathers self earned property then you have no right over it till he himself gives it to u and if it is the property recieved from forefathers then you have right of equal share within your family

self acquired property of the father - no one has any right to inhereit as long as the father is alive - and in case he leaves a will - the will would be deciding factor!

a son or anybody for that matter cannot claim any right in the self acquired property of the father. The father can give it to any body he wants . he can will the property . only he dies without making a will then all his legal heirs get equal share.

In Hindu Succession, any other law or the Suprem Court, there exist no such law or ruling.

A complete book can be written on your query.Nevertheless, your query is vague and details are missing.No body has any right on the self acquired property of a person and the person is free to give his property to any body as per his wishes.If your father is alive then you donot have any right on his property in any manner.contact with all details.
