hindu succession act of 1956 and 2005
my grand mother got a share in her fathers property in the year 2005 by way of partition deed executed among her brothers and sisters after a settlement reached in the partition suit for seperate possesion and enjoyement filled by her aganist her brothers,now do my father or i have got a share in the property as we were the only one to have spent on the legal expenses,now my grand mother have idea of giving her share to her son-in law
