are holographic wills ( completely handwritten by the person making the will and signed by witnesses) valid in india?
should it be a registered will? even if it is not registered can it be valid?

yes, holographic wills are valid in india but when there is a conflict as to authenticity of a registered will and a holographic one, the presumption would go in favour of a registered one.
