Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

My husband died on 25th march and i am the nominee in his three lic policies. I have got claim of one policy and for one policy, my duughter will get the claim when the policy matures that is afer 16 yrs. My Inlawa has submitted a will there in lic office tand according to that will, 80 % of policy amount should go to my father - in - law and 20 % of amount should be kept in a national bank and should be given to my daughter when she got 18. Kindly suggest as I beleive that this will is not genuine and If this is a genuibne will. what are my chances of getting the claim.

Even if the Will is genuine, it cannot affect nomination. So issue notice through lawyer.

If you can prove the Will to be fabricated go ahead and get it declared null & void.
