Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
My husband died some time ago and my In laws have come up with a fabricated will where I am denied all my legal claims of a widow and my father in law is beneficiary . Can I challenge this will in criminal court. Kindly suggest me the process.

in case the will is fabricated, you have an option to file a complaint of fraud, forgery and using a forged document as genuine. you can also seek civil remedy for cancellation of will.
