my husband was expired,can my son claim for the property? there is no will made.at present the property is in my name.

You have not mentioned whether the property was in your name to begin with or it came in your name after the death of your husband. If, to begin with, it was in your name, your husband's death will not make any difference. But if you got the name transferred after the death of your husband and without the consent of your son, then, there being no will, surely, your son can claim.

in case the property is in your name and is a self acquired property and not the ancestral one, your son may have no claim in it.
