illilegel sale of religeos property

a lady adopted a son and made a dharamshala for free stay of pilgreems name of dharamshal is tejpal brhamdatt kalcutta wali dharmshalla and awehll discount like relegeos bulding (in hous tex) i have no knolege of trust deed,will and not reg.in sari act her addopted son childern sale this dharmshala and reg. sale deed is exeqt in faver of 3 party iam tenent in dhermshalla since 50 yrs how can i cheleng sale , and property will go to under gov. controll this time under sec.145/146 crpc it seel exept tenent portion

you need not challenge the transfer by gift or otherwise by sale. Just secure your tenancy rights from rent act court and once you establish that you are tenant your tenenacy can't be terminated without due course of law
