Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
How important is NOC from builder. If the flat registration is completed between buyer and seller and NOC is yet pending to be received from the builder, does it result in any problems for the buyer. Also once registration is completed does the flat get transferred in the name of the buyer or can the seller yet sell it to another party if the NOC from builder is yet in process

Noc may be reqd during the time of sale of the flat by you.so get it from builder to remain safe.
