Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
India - My grandfather had kept a domestic worker, in the out house. She called in her son & daughter to stay with her too. Now, its been couple of years. They have not been paying any rent from the very begining, & when we tell them to move you, they threaten us. Just say that ' you do what you can do'. Kindly advice.

You can claim rent by filing rent suit in the court and also can file civil suit or can move application before the police
