Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
I want to inherit mymovable and immovable property through WILL amongst my only married daughter, a grand-son and a grand-daughter (both minor). I want to debar my son-in-law totally from my property and wish to ensure that he don't get a single penny from my property. My son-in-law should not claim share from my property inherited to my daughter and grand-son and daghter.

You can execute a will in favour of your daughter and grand children and then it is upto them to share your estate with their husband/father respectively after your demise.
