Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
I had an inter caste marriage, because of which my father did not contribute anything to my marriage i beared all the expenses. he also sold off the inherited property from my grandfather. they have a house in 2 locations, one in HYd and other in UP, apart from this he also possesses 2 plots. i would like to know if i have any right, being his daughter , married though, in his house, plots or the bank balance tat he possesses after selling off the land. i have a brother and my father says he will also not give anything to my brother.after getting him married he would ask him to leave the house. please tell me what are my brother's right? can he ask for a stay at home, also let me know my brother's right in the house, plots and bank balance got after selling the plot. my father says he would donate everything to charity, but would not let it get inherited to us. can we anything to stop it from happening this lawfully.

Only if your father has ancestral lands, plots and property and you can prove it in court, otherwise self-acquired property can be given to anyone he likes.
