Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

I own a Land. There is a land adjacent to my land lying vacant as a case is pending in High court. I want to buy that land. The case is between two brothers who own the land. The younger brother sold the land to someone without the genuine signature of elder brother. Now since both the brothers r dead n the case is pending in High court can i purchase this land. If yes how?

Yes you can purcahse the land with the consent of the legal heirs of both the brothers..Without their execution of registration you can not be the legal owner of the said land .
