Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
Legal heirs & succession
My father an Indian Christian gifted me a house before he died and is registered in my name. I have two living married sisters with children. In the event of my death, who will succeed my property? Also, as my house was not acquired by me but inherited from my father, can my two sisters legally object to my willing or gifting it to someone else outside the family?
