Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
We live in a Co-operative housing society. The flat was on both my mothers & my fathers name. My mother left a will to her 2 sons. My father also made a will in favor of both sons. Now they have both passed away. Suddenly my fathers brother who we are not in good terms has come with my fathers will saying that half the property is his. He has a will & an affidavit which is notarized. We suspect that the will is forged. Can a forged will be notarized. What steps can we take to prevent this property from going into the wrong hands?
