Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

we have been living in our land from last 40 years,but it is a disputed land that person behind our plot claimed that it was his plot of land.My grandfather's father was living here and died 2009.we have the documents of british time that he saved.And my name is registered in corporation.And i also probated his will from civil court succesfully.But the man who claimed it his property told that he had also the papers of this land and he registered it to someone else.please help us in order to which steps we should take to prevent and fight legally to save our land.

if you have the documents then you will win.... let him to file civil suit and get degree from court...
