Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
Hello,
How would it be possible for someone to locate a Family Trust established in Chennai, India, under which that person was a major beneficiary. Apart from knowledege about the existence of this Trust, no further Information/Trust Deed etc is available, since the same is being witheld by other beneficiaries and also the Trustees who have played fraud.

You may have the relevant registration offices serached for the lat 20 years or more to ascertain whether any such trust deed is registered; and once you find that out, you may apply for and obtain a certified copy of same. Normally, a trust is formed only under a registered deed.
in case its a trust, its got to be registered. you may obtain the certified copy of the trust documents and they would be treated as a proof of original.
